1. Who we are
Awakened Relationship Society is operated by Harmony Woodington, based in British Columbia, Canada. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Awakened Relationship Society. References to “you” mean any visitor, user, customer, member, or purchaser.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase or participate in paid services. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account access and responsibility
Some parts of our services require an account, including membership access and course portals. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases, billing, and subscriptions
When you purchase a membership, course, or coaching service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

If you enroll in a recurring payment plan, your subscription renews automatically until you cancel, unless otherwise stated at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains current.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided within your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund past payments unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written refund policy for a specific offer.

6. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated on the specific checkout page or sales page for the offer you purchase. If a refund policy is not expressly stated for a specific offer, then the purchase is final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse, chargeback fraud, repeated refund requests, or violation of these Terms.

7. Founders Offer and limited availability bonuses
Some offers may be limited in quantity or time, including founder offers, fast action bonuses, and pay in full bonuses. If an offer states it is limited to a specific number of members, that limit is final and determined by our internal records.

Bonuses that are described as “added automatically” are provided only when the qualifying purchase is completed successfully, and only for the offer conditions stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to substitute a bonus with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to scheduling, platform changes, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Coaching and educational content disclaimer
Our content, coaching, programs, and community are educational and informational. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. If you need medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or emergency support, you must seek appropriate professional help.

9. Community guidelines and respectful conduct
If you access our community spaces, you agree to interact respectfully and lawfully. We may remove content or revoke access for behavior that is harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unsafe.

We may also remove or restrict access for doxxing, sharing private information, spamming, solicitation, impersonation, or attempts to bypass platform security.

10. Intellectual property
All content we provide, including course materials, videos, worksheets, prompts, frameworks, branding, and site content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non transferable, non commercial license to access and use purchased content for your own personal growth. You may not copy, distribute, resell, share logins, publicly display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. User content
If you submit content in our community or through our services, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non exclusive license to host, display, and use that content as necessary to provide the services.

If you provide a testimonial, review, or success story, you grant us permission to use it for marketing, unless you revoke permission in writing. We will not share your private details beyond what you approve or what is reasonably implied by the testimonial you provide.

12. Technology and platform access
We use third party platforms to deliver parts of our services, including course hosting and website systems. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You understand that your access depends on your internet connection, device, and third party platform availability.

13. Termination and access revocation

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, share copyrighted materials, engage in abusive conduct, or attempt to compromise the security of our systems.

If access is terminated due to a violation, you are not entitled to a refund unless required by law.

14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
